SORE throat... starting to feel sick?

You feel that tickle in your throat? IMMEDIATELY Start these Yin Qiao and Viracid as directed on the bottle. Take them 3 hours apart from each other throughout the day until you feel well. I take 3 yin Qiao 2/ day and 3 viracid 2/day. Minor Buplerum is stronger. This one can also be taken as preventative, but it will be effective as well if you take it when you are already sick with a terrible cold that has your ears clogged, and feeling chills and fever. I don't leave home without it! It is very helpful in ear infections and the flu. So if you missed the window of catching the cold early and you are already feeling pretty bad, skip the Yin Qiao and go straight to the Minor Bluplerum + Viracid combination taken in the same manner. The MegaSporeBiotic, taken with food always, will enhance your immune system! This one, take it daily, but while you are feeling ill, you can take it with breakfast (2 caps), and with dinner (2 caps) for a few days until you are back to wellness.
