Simply Rooted Holistics

Christy Baker BSN, RN

With over two decades of experience as an RN, I have seen firsthand how conventional medicine excels at acute care but often falls short when it comes to chronic wellness and prevention. I realized that true vitality isn't about chasing symptoms or managing diagnoses with a checklist of prescriptions; it's about looking at the whole person. As a Nurse Coach, my approach to care is deeply collaborative, science-backed, and holistic. I combine my extensive clinical background with a passion for natural wellness to help you identify the lifestyle, dietary, and environmental factors at the root of your health struggles. Together, we will co-create a sustainable, personalized plan that empowers your body's natural ability to heal.
