Castor Oil Pack Starter Kit

Castor Oil Pack Starter Kit This simple starter kit includes everything you need to begin using traditional castor oil packs at home: high quality organic castor oil and a reusable natural cotton pack. Castor oil packs have been used in natural medicine for generations to gently support the body's healing processes. Why Quality Matters • Cold pressed helps preserve the oil's naturally occurring beneficial compounds by avoiding high heat during processing. • Hexane free means the oil was not extracted using chemical solvents. • Organic helps reduce exposure to pesticides and other unwanted contaminants. • Glass bottle helps protect the oil from unwanted chemicals that can leach from plastic and better preserves the quality of the oil. • Natural cotton fabric allows the oil to absorb into the skin without unnecessary synthetic materials against the body. How to Use Saturate the cotton pack with castor oil until evenly coated, but not dripping. Place the pack over the desired area of the body. Optional: Apply gentle heat with a hot water bottle or low temperature heating pad, or use red light therapy over the pack. Relax for 30 to 60 minutes while reading, meditating, practicing deep breathing, or resting. Remove the pack and gently wipe away any excess oil if desired. Store the pack in a sealed glass container or reusable bag for future use. Repeat 3 to 5 times per week or as desired as part of your wellness routine. Commonly Used to Support • Healthy liver and detoxification pathways • Lymphatic circulation • Healthy digestion and regular bowel movements • Relaxation and nervous system regulation • Occasional muscle and joint discomfort • Menstrual and pelvic comfort • Thyroid support • Skin hydration and softness • Overall relaxation and self care routines Optional Additions • Red light therapy • Gentle heat • Deep breathing, meditation, or frequency music • Adequate hydration and mineral intake From a natural medicine perspective, castor oil packs are valued as a gentle, noninvasive wellness practice that encourages circulation, supports the body's natural detoxification processes, and promotes relaxation. Consistent use often provides the greatest benefit, with many clients incorporating them into their wellness routine several times per week.

DIY Electrolyte & Trace Mineral Mix A clean, homemade electrolyte blend designed to support hydration and daily mineral intake without added sugars, artificial sweeteners, flavors, or fillers. Yield Approximately 335 servings Ingredients 454 g (1 lb) finely ground Celtic sea salt 227 g potassium chloride powder 227 g magnesium citrate powder Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl until evenly combined. Transfer to an airtight glass container for storage. Directions Mix ½ teaspoon into 20 to 32 oz of filtered water. For heavy sweating, long workouts, sauna use, or working outdoors in the heat, increase to ¾ teaspoon , adjusting based on your hydration needs and tolerance. Approximate Electrolytes Per Serving (½ tsp) Sodium: ~500 mg Potassium: ~360 mg Magnesium: ~55 to 60 mg (elemental) Chloride: Naturally supplied by the sodium chloride and potassium chloride Trace minerals: Naturally occurring from Celtic sea salt Optional Calcium Most people do not need to add calcium to their electrolyte mix. However, you may benefit from adding calcium citrate if you: Sweat heavily for long periods on a regular basis (such as endurance athletes) Have a low dietary calcium intake Have increased calcium needs or have been advised by your healthcare provider to supplement If this applies to you, add enough calcium citrate powder to provide approximately 50 to 100 mg of elemental calcium per serving . You can find calcium citrate powder by searching the shop search bar. I recommend the NOW brand for this as well. Optional Flavor & Glucose For natural flavor, add your favorite freeze dried fruit powder or finely crushed freeze dried fruit. If additional glucose is desired, stir in local raw honey to taste. This can be especially beneficial for prolonged exercise, endurance activities, or times when extra carbohydrates are needed. Storage Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight glass container. Shake or stir before each use if settling occurs. Important Notes This blend is intended to replenish the primary electrolytes lost through sweat while providing naturally occurring trace minerals from Celtic sea salt. Electrolyte needs vary based on activity level, climate, diet, and individual health. Individuals with kidney disease or those taking medications that affect potassium levels should consult their healthcare provider before using potassium-containing electrolyte supplements.

5 more items in Cyclospora Parasite PlanCyclospora Support Guide With the recent increase in Cyclospora cases, I wanted to create a simple, easy-to-follow guide to help support the body through both the active infection and recovery stages. Cyclospora is a protozoan parasite that primarily affects the small intestine and can cause frequent watery diarrhea, fatigue, digestive upset, and significant fluid and mineral loss. This protocol is divided into two phases. Phase 1 focuses on supporting the body while active diarrhea is present by replenishing fluids and minerals, supporting the intestinal environment, and providing targeted herbal support. Once diarrhea has significantly slowed or resolved, transition into Phase 2 to help repair the intestinal lining, restore a healthy gut microbiome, and support continued healing. Phase 1: Active Diarrhea Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) Replaces fluids and essential electrolytes lost through diarrhea and helps support proper hydration. Trace Mineral Supplement Replenishes important minerals that may become depleted during prolonged diarrhea and supports overall cellular function. Berberine Provides broad botanical support for the digestive tract and helps promote a healthy intestinal environment. Oregano Oil Offers concentrated herbal support and has been widely studied for its effects on unwanted microbes. Saccharomyces boulardii A beneficial probiotic yeast that helps support the intestinal microbiome and promotes a healthy digestive environment during and after diarrhea. Phase 2: Gut Repair Begin this phase once diarrhea has significantly slowed or stopped. L-Glutamine Supports repair of the intestinal lining and helps strengthen the gut barrier after irritation. Butyrate Provides fuel for the cells lining the colon and supports ongoing intestinal healing and barrier function. Broad Spectrum Probiotic Helps restore a healthy balance of beneficial bacteria and supports long-term digestive health following an intestinal infection. Recovery doesn't always end when the diarrhea stops. The digestive tract often benefits from continued support while the intestinal lining heals and the microbiome returns to balance. Continue listening to your body, stay well hydrated, eat nourishing foods as tolerated, and gradually transition into the gut repair phase as symptoms improve. If you're local to the Tulsa or Skiatook area and would like additional support during an active Cyclospora infection or throughout recovery, I offer bioresonance frequency scans to evaluate digestive health and energetic parasite stress, along with Rife frequency therapy and other supportive natural health therapies. These therapies can be used to support the body during active infection, monitor your progress throughout recovery, and help assess whether the energetic signatures associated with the parasite have resolved, giving us another way to track your progress and support your body as it works toward full recovery. Happy healing! -Dr. Sara Cox DNM, QHS, PhD

3 more items in Parasite PlanHere you will find the products needed for a full parasite cleanse, including the 14 Day Cleanse itself, liver support, a binder, maintenance tinctures for between heavier cleanse rounds, and resources on what to do before, during, and after the cleanse. This protocol also includes the prep work required before beginning, along with information on my in office services that help support the body at the energetic level to help clear detox pathways before the cleanse begins. For more info on the detox prep work, click here. You will also find instructions on how to use each product within the full protocol, including Rife therapy sessions and infrared sauna sessions with me in office for more comprehensive, full body support. One of the benefits of working with a naturopath during a cleanse is that the protocol can be adjusted based on how your body responds. We can support detox pathways, drainage, nervous system regulation, bowels, liver health, minerals, hydration, and overall tolerance so you are not trying to navigate the process alone. Follow the instructions provided within this plan or reach out to me for deeper support.
