    This is the probiotic protocol that Microbiome Labs created as a protocol to follow when you are taking antibiotics. Please check with your practitioner prior to starting any protocol since they know your medical history and personal situation. Probiotic-Antibiotic Protocol Microbiome Labs (the makers of Megasporebiotic) Step 1 : Take (1) Restorflora and (1) HU58 with Breakfast Step 2 : Take (2) Megaspore Biotic with Lunch Step 3: Take (1) Restorflora and (1) HU58 with dinner DIRECTIONS Take this protocol during and then 21-30 days after completing the antibiotic protocol to protect your gut.

    I know personally just how discouraging it can be to lose a lot of hair, but I also know that it is possible to regrow it. SUPPLEMENTS (available through FullScript or DSS) IAG (by Biotics) - 1 tsp upon waking & 1 tsp at sleep Mg-Zyme (by Biotics) - 1 with each meal (3 total per day) Iron - IF your labs have shown you to be deficient, you can take an iron supplement ( ALWAYS check with your practitioner before supplementing with iron ). Taking liver capsules is another way to make sure you have enough iron in your system. HAIR PRODUCTS Theradome - I swear by this red light helmet product. I spoke to the company and the helmet uses special wavelengths for hair regrowth...you can't just put your head in front of your regular red light since they are completely different. The helmet is pricey, but has been VERY effective for me. I use it every other day religiously. You can purchase it for the best price through Costco. I bought mine at Christmastime a few years ago when it was on sale for $200 less. Shop HERE . La Tierra Sagrada - It is crucial that you use nontoxic products on your body. Her "Treatment" and shampoo / conditioner have been key to helping my scalp heal. (code FITQUEST 15% OFF). Shop HERE . Captain Blankenship - I also like their Hair Scalp Serum and shampoo / conditioner. I encourage you to always use the La Tierra Sagrada "Treatment" and don't substitute it for the Captain Blankenship Serum; it can be an add on after your scalp is doing well. Shop HERE . GIMME - These hair bands are so gentle and really effective; they won't tear your hair. I use the regular size for running around town and the long hair bands when I am working out and need my ponytail to stay super secure. They last forever too. Shop HERE .
