Natural Constipation Relief

2 more items in Natural Constipation ReliefNatural Constipation Relief Protocol Occasional constipation is often a sign that the digestive system needs additional support rather than simply a laxative. This protocol is designed to promote healthy bowel regularity by supporting hydration within the intestines, encouraging healthy digestive motility, supporting beneficial gut flora, and promoting healthy bile flow for proper digestion and elimination. Your Protocol Includes: Magnesium Citrate (Pure Encapsulations) Magnesium helps draw water into the intestines, supporting softer stools and more comfortable bowel movements. It also supports healthy muscle relaxation throughout the digestive tract to encourage regular elimination. Daily Fiber Boost (Metagenics) Dietary fiber helps add bulk to stool and supports healthy transit through the colon. Fiber also nourishes beneficial gut bacteria, helping support a healthy digestive environment. Be sure to increase water intake when adding fiber to your routine. Saccharomyces Boulardii (Protocol for Life Balance) This beneficial probiotic yeast helps support microbial balance within the gastrointestinal tract. A healthy gut microbiome plays an important role in digestive regularity, bowel function, and overall digestive health. Lipotropic Detox (Pure Encapsulations) Healthy bile flow is essential for proper digestion and regular bowel movements. This formula provides nutrients that support liver function and bile production, which may help improve digestive comfort and support more consistent elimination. Vitamin C (Thorne) Vitamin C supports overall digestive and immune health. In some individuals, higher vitamin C intake may also help promote softer stools and support healthy bowel regularity. Additional Recommendations For best results, consider the following foundational habits: Drink adequate water throughout the day. Aim for regular physical activity, such as daily walking. Include fiber-rich foods such as vegetables, berries, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Avoid ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement. Support healthy digestion by chewing food thoroughly and eating in a relaxed environment. Read our related blog post here: https://FxRemedies.com/natural-constipation-relief-a-root-cause-guide-for-women Important Note This protocol is intended to support healthy digestive function and bowel regularity. Occasional constipation can have multiple underlying causes, including dietary factors, stress, medication use, digestive imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, inadequate bile flow, or other health concerns. If constipation is persistent, severe, accompanied by pain, bleeding, unexplained weight loss, or other concerning symptoms, consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation. These supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

Food Sensativities Gut Healing Plan

6 more items in Food Sensativities Gut Healing Plan🌿 Introduction: Understanding Food Sensitivities Food sensitivities can quietly contribute to a wide range of symptoms—from digestive discomfort and skin issues to fatigue, joint pain, and mood changes. Unlike allergies, which trigger immediate immune responses, sensitivities often involve delayed reactions that can be harder to trace. This protocol is designed to help you identify and reduce food-related inflammation through a structured Elimination Diet, supported by targeted testing. By removing common trigger foods and observing your body’s response, we can uncover patterns that may be contributing to chronic symptoms. For deeper insight, we also recommend the IgG Food Explorer™ by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory , which evaluates immune responses to over 250 foods and helps guide personalized dietary changes. ✅ Elimination Diet: Key Principles Purpose : To identify foods that may be contributing to inflammation, digestive issues, skin conditions, fatigue, or other chronic symptoms. Phases : Elimination (2–3 weeks or sometimes longer depending on severity) : Remove common trigger foods such as gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, refined sugar, and processed foods. Reintroduction (1 food every 3–4 days) : Gradually reintroduce eliminated foods while tracking symptoms. Maintenance : Avoid foods that consistently trigger symptoms and focus on nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory options. Common Symptoms Linked to Sensitivities : Bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea Brain fog, fatigue, or mood swings Skin rashes, eczema, or acne Joint pain or stiffness Tracking : Use a food and symptom journal to document reactions and patterns. Supportive Nutrients : Include gut-healing supplements such as L-glutamine, digestive enzymes, and probiotics as needed. See the attached Elimination Diet resources. 🧪 Recommended Lab Test: IgG Food Explorer™ (250+ Foods) To complement the Elimination Diet, we recommend the IgG Food Explorer™ by Diagnostic Solutions Laboratory , which measures delayed immune responses to a wide range of foods. This test: Detects IgG antibodies to 250+ foods, including grains, dairy, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and proteins Identifies hidden sensitivities that may not cause immediate symptoms Includes advanced markers for wheat gliadin and cow’s milk proteins Helps guide targeted elimination and reintroduction strategies Offers a convenient at-home sample collection This test is especially useful for clients experiencing persistent symptoms despite dietary changes, or for those seeking a more personalized approach to food selection and gut healing. I can order this test for clients who are working directly with me. See below for how to get started working with me. 🛠️ Targeted Supplements for Digestive Function & Gut Barrier Repair Supporting digestive function is foundational to healing food sensitivities and correcting leaky gut imbalances. These supplements help restore proper breakdown of food, reduce microbial overgrowth, and reinforce the integrity of the gut lining. 🔥 HCl (Hydrochloric Acid) Purpose : Replenishes low stomach acid, which is common in chronic stress, aging, and gut dysfunction. Benefits : Enhances protein digestion, prevents fermentation and bloating, and reduces immune activation from undigested food particles. Use : Start low (e.g., 1 capsule with protein-containing meals), titrate slowly. Avoid if history of ulcers, GERD, or active gastritis. 🌿 Bitter Herbs Purpose : Stimulate digestive secretions—gastric acid, bile, and pancreatic enzymes. Benefits : Improve motility, reduce bloating, and support liver detox pathways. Common Herbs : Gentian, dandelion root, artichoke, chamomile, and orange peel3. Use : Take 10–20 minutes before meals as a tincture or in capsule form. 🐝 Propolis Purpose : Natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory resin from bees. Benefits : Helps modulate immune responses, reduce gut inflammation, and support mucosal healing. Use : Often found in tinctures or capsules; ideal for clients with suspected microbial imbalance or immune hyperreactivity. 🍊 Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) Purpose : Broad-spectrum antimicrobial with antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Benefits : Targets dysbiosis and supports microbial balance in the small intestine. Use : Use cautiously and short-term; may be included in SIBO or Candida protocols. Monitor for sensitivity. 🍋 D-Limonene Purpose : Citrus-derived compound that supports motility and mucosal integrity. Benefits : Helps relieve occasional heartburn, supports bile flow, and may reduce intestinal inflammation. Use : Often used in enteric-coated capsules; gentle and well-tolerated for most clients. 📋 Ready to Get Started? Gut and Brain Axis - Homeopathy and Gemmotherapy

This is a plan I provided to my LinkedIn Newsletter readers. Feel free to read it here . Just like Functional Medicine, homeopathy takes a different approach from conventional medicine: it works with your body’s own healing wisdom, aiming to restore balance gently and deeply. Remedies like Ignatia (for emotional gut tension), Lycopodium (for bloating and low confidence), and Pulsatilla (for gentle digestion and emotional shifts) are chosen based on your unique patterns—not just your diagnosis. Gemmotherapy offers another layer of support. These remedies, made from the fresh buds and shoots of plants, are especially helpful for gut and brain health. For example, Ficus carica (fig bud) can help soothe the gut lining, while Ribes nigrum (blackcurrant bud) supports resilience against stress. By combining Functional Medicine testing, homeopathic remedies, and gemmotherapy, you can address both the physical and emotional roots of gut-brain symptoms. You'll want to choose the remedy that best suits your symptoms. Repeat the dose only if symptoms continue or return. Generally, with low to mid potencies like 30c, you'll want to take once a day for a week or two weeks and then only repeat the dose after that if symptoms continue or return. You can stop taking it once you have started to see improvement. Homeopathic remedies should be taken away from food, or at least 15 minutes before or after food.
