Here is a list of the supplements I consider to be important for an athlete as well as meeting my guidelines for quality, purity, and cost. Please read through the official description as well as my recommendation and choose the supplements you feel will benefit you! Please also note that there are doubles of some supplements to offer a variety of form and cost. You may visit this website to order products any time you like in the future and feel free to browse around and add anything else you may need! There are products from over 300 different practitioner approved brands on here. Email me if you have any questions. Jamie@RPNutrition.net My personal favorite protein powder is not available on this site, but it is a beef based (non-dairy) protein with very clean and simple ingredients that you can find at www.equipfoods.com/RPN If you use code RPN you'll receive 15% off your first purchase. The current available flavors are chocolate, vanilla, Peanut Butter, Strawberry, Cinnamon Roll, Iced Coffee and Unflavored. It runs about $65 for 30 servings of 20g protein each.

Below are the supplements I recommend taking for optimal wellness, especially when you are not getting enough of them in your diet. Please note there are two types of fish oil. Please choose between a liquid and a capsule - you do not need both!
