My personal cold-season essentials! These are products to have on hand and start using at the first sign that you might be coming down with something, rather than taking them every day. The exception is vitamin D , which I recommend considering on days you aren't getting at least 15 minutes of midday sunshine on exposed skin, and throughout November–March here in Portland, when UVB is generally too weak for meaningful vitamin D production. Individual vitamin D needs and dosing vary, so 5,000 IU daily isn't appropriate for everyone.

These are some extremely high-quality supplements that will support your health during weight loss. I'd rather you get protein from wild-caught seafood and 100% grass-fed beef, but if you aren't consider grass-fed bone broth protein. I would stay away from "pea protein", it's a really low-quality refined food where they chemically extract protein from peas...and mark it up a zillion %. Not very usable by humans. Choose EITHER powder (cheaper) or capsules (easier to take, for me) psyllium husk. Choose EITHER magnesium powder of capsules, whichever you prefer. Choose EITHER PhytoMulti OR SmartyPants gummy multi.
