    If you have fever, blood in the urine, or severe pain, please see your primary care dr or urgent care right away. If you think you may have a UTI, start drinking lots of extra water and start the Chinese Herbal Ba Zheng San. I prefer Evergreen Herbal brand, but this one by Treasure of the East is tested and available easily if you can’t make it into my office. This formula is for short term use. If you still need it after 2 weeks, please see your primary Dr to make sure the infection is not serious. If you have frequent urinary tract infections, make sure to start Probiophage DF right away, which helps clear out the bacteria causing problems like EColi with the BacterioPhage Prebiotic Blend. Do this special probiotic for at least 3 months. Then pick a supplement like UT Synergy or Cranstat Extra. You can also just do the D-Mannose to keep the bladder healthy.

    Pick a Magnesium, an Artichoke and Ginger for a bedtime routine that helps with emptying your colon in the morning. The great thing about this combo is you can adjust the magnesium and Artichoke as needed and you can skip the ginger if not needed. If you need something more gentle, then try MotilPro. If you’re looking for a probiotic, then give Seed a try. You may not even need the magnesium once your gut is populated with their gut friendly mix. I love its special capsule that keeps the bacteria live through your stomach.
