Bioactive Peptides Peptides are small chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules throughout the body . Different peptides interact with different biological pathways, which is why they’re being studied for everything from gut and tissue health to recovery, metabolism, skin health, and healthy aging . Peptide products are designed to complement the foundations of good health and provide targeted support based on your individual goals . Quicksilver’s liposomal peptide formulas are designed to improve oral absorption and help protect peptides as they move through the digestive system , allowing them to be absorbed without the need for injections. This makes them a convenient, needle-free option for incorporating peptide support into your routine. See below for some of our favorite peptide options. Please read through each description carefully to determine which options may align with your health goals. As always, we recommend discussing any new supplements or changes to your treatment plan with your medical provider before getting started. Always start with the foundations before adding on. Nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and foundational nutrients (Foundational Stack) should come first, with targeted products like peptides layered in when appropriate. Oral Liposomal BPC Gut & Tissue Support BPC is a bioactive peptide designed to support the body’s natural repair and recovery processes . It may be especially useful for supporting gut barrier integrity, digestive health, connective tissue, and recovery from physical stress or exercise . Great for: Gut health, active individuals, exercise recovery, and overall tissue support. BPC + KPV Gut & Inflammation Support This formula combines BPC with KPV for a more comprehensive approach to gut and inflammatory support . BPC supports the intestinal barrier and the body’s natural recovery processes, while KPV is a small peptide studied for its role in healthy inflammatory and immune signaling . Together, they may help support a healthier gut environment, balanced inflammatory response, and overall digestive resilience . Great for: Gut inflammation, digestive concerns, intestinal barrier support, and individuals looking for additional immune and inflammatory support. BPC + TB-500 Advanced Recovery & Tissue Support BPC + TB-500 combines two bioactive peptides designed to support the body’s natural recovery and tissue-maintenance processes . This combination is geared toward muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, mobility, and recovery after physical activity . It can be a useful addition for people who are highly active, recovering from increased physical stress, or simply looking to support mobility and healthy aging . Great for: Athletes, exercise recovery, connective tissue support, mobility, and active aging. Copper GHK / GHK-Cu Healthy Aging & Regenerative Support GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide that plays a role in tissue maintenance and healthy aging . Levels naturally decline as we age, making it an interesting option for individuals looking to support collagen production, skin health, connective tissue, cellular health, and the body’s natural regenerative processes . Great for: Healthy aging, skin health, collagen support, connective tissue, and overall regenerative support. LipoTone Appetite & Metabolic Support LipoTone is a peptide-rich formula designed to support healthy appetite signaling, satiety, and metabolic health . It may be particularly useful for individuals working toward a healthier body composition who struggle with hunger, cravings, or food noise . It can be used alongside healthy nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes to help make weight-management goals feel more sustainable . Great for: Appetite support, cravings, food noise, metabolic health, and healthy weight management. Copper GHK+ Facial Serum with Cycloastragenol Hormone-Free Skin & Healthy Aging Support This hormone-free facial serum combines GHK-Cu (copper peptide) with cycloastragenol, hyaluronic acid, bakuchiol, vitamin C, vitamin E, and antioxidant support to promote healthy collagen production, hydration, firmness, elasticity, and overall skin renewal . GHK-Cu supports the skin's natural regenerative processes, while the additional ingredients help protect against environmental and oxidative stress and support a smoother, brighter complexion. This is a great everyday option for both women and men who want to proactively support healthier-looking skin and reduce the visible signs of aging without using hormones. Great for: Fine lines, firmness, elasticity, hydration, skin texture, collagen support, and healthy aging. Facial Beauty Serum with Copper Peptide (GHK-Cu) Perimenopause & Menopause Skin Support As estrogen levels decline during perimenopause and menopause , the skin can become drier, thinner, less elastic, and more prone to fine lines and wrinkles. This targeted facial serum combines GHK-Cu with low-dose estriol and estradiol , along with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, bakuchiol, and other skin-supportive ingredients. It's specifically formulated to support estrogen-responsive aging skin , helping promote hydration, collagen and elastin support, firmness, elasticity, and a smoother, more supple complexion. Great for: Women in perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause experiencing dryness, thinning or crepey skin, decreased elasticity, fine lines, or other visible changes associated with declining estrogen. Important: Because this formula contains estriol and estradiol , we recommend discussing it with your medical provider before use, particularly if you have a history of a hormone-sensitive condition or are already using hormone therapy. For patients interested in going beyond oral peptides, prescription injectable peptides offer direct systemic delivery and essentially complete bioavailability compared with oral administration . PrimeHealth offers a variety of prescription peptide options that can be discussed with your medical provider to determine whether they’re appropriate for your individual health goals. View PrimeHealth’s Peptide Menu Peptide research is still evolving, and many of these ingredients have limited human clinical evidence and are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Autoimmune Inflammation Relief This protocol is designed to support some of the key foundations of autoimmune health by promoting the most important areas driving inflammatory conditions: a healthy gut barrier, calming excessive inflammation, replenishing important nutrients and antioxidants, and supporting healthy immune function . The goal is to give your body the nutritional support it needs while you work with your healthcare provider to address the underlying drivers of your autoimmune condition. Essential Nutrients Vitamin D/K + MitoCore: This serves as your multivitamin . Provide essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and mitochondrial nutrients that help fill nutritional gaps and provide important cofactors for healthy immune function, energy production, and overall health. SPM Active: This can replace your omega-3 fish oil . Contains specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) derived from omega-3 fatty acids. SPMs help support the body's natural process for resolving inflammation and returning to a balanced state . Glutathione: One of the body's most important antioxidants, glutathione helps protect cells from oxidative stress, support healthy immune function, and assist the liver's natural detoxification pathways . Supporting glutathione levels can be especially useful when the body is dealing with increased oxidative and inflammatory stress. Collagen Plus: Provides grass-fed bovine collagen peptides to support the intestinal lining and gut barrier, along with nicotinamide riboside , a precursor to NAD+ that supports mitochondrial function and cellular energy production. ProFlora 4R: A combination of probiotics and gut-supportive nutrients designed to promote a healthy microbiome, intestinal barrier, and digestive environment. KappArest: A botanical and antioxidant blend designed to support a healthy inflammatory response and help maintain balanced immune signaling. Magnesium: An essential mineral involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body. Magnesium supports healthy muscle and nerve function, energy production, stress resilience, restful sleep, and healthy inflammatory balance . Maintaining adequate magnesium is an important part of supporting overall health and recovery. Whenever possible, we recommend completing an autoimmune-support protocol under the guidance of a medical provider , particularly if you take medications or immunosuppressive therapies. Supplements can be a valuable part of a comprehensive approach, but they are not a replacement for appropriate medical treatment or monitoring.

6 more items in Mold Detox Support

Mold Detox Support Always start with the Foundational Protocol first (multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium, and creatine). Once those foundations are in place, consider adding these supplements for more targeted detox support. This supplement protocol was curated to support your body’s natural detoxification and elimination pathways during a mold detox . The goal is to support healthy liver and bile function, bind unwanted compounds in the gut, promote regular bowel movements, and provide antioxidant and mitochondrial support. UltraBinder: Contains a combination of binding agents designed to bind certain compounds, including mycotoxins, within the digestive tract and support their elimination through the stool. BitterX: A blend of bitter herbs that helps support healthy bile production and flow , an important pathway the liver uses to move compounds into the digestive tract for elimination. Liver Sauce: An herbal blend designed to support healthy liver function and detoxification pathways . Take approximately 30 minutes before your binder , as directed in your protocol. Magnesium Citrate: Use this only if you’re experiencing constipation or sluggish bowel movements . It can help promote regularity and support consistent elimination through the GI tract. Skip it if you’re experiencing loose stools or diarrhea. Fiber: Supports healthy bowel movements while also helping bind compounds within the digestive tract and carry them out through the stool . Phosphatidylcholine (PC): Supports healthy liver function, bile flow, and cellular membrane health . It also plays an important role in the digestion and metabolism of fats and cholesterol. Mito-Detox III: A comprehensive liver and mitochondrial support formula containing NAC, milk thistle, R-lipoic acid, and other powerful antioxidants . It helps support glutathione production, protect liver cells from oxidative stress, and provide the cellular energy needed for the body’s natural detoxification pathways. You do not need to start everything at once. It is recommended to start 1 supplement at a time and gradually add on every 2-3 days, as tolerated. Take 1/2 or even 1/4 doses if your tolerance level is not high. A gradual approach can make it easier to see how your body responds to each supplement and adjust your protocol as needed. Mold-related illness and detoxification can be complex, so it’s best to complete a protocol like this under the guidance of a knowledgeable medical provider , especially if symptoms worsen or you experience new reactions.

Heavy Metal Detox Support This supplement list was curated to provide nutritional, antioxidant, liver, and elimination support during a heavy metal detox protocol. Always start with the Foundational Protocol first (multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium, and creatine). Once those foundations are in place, consider adding these supplements for more targeted detox support. While this is a long list, you do not need to take everything at once. Consider incorporating just a few supplements at a time and allowing your detox protocol to unfold gradually over several months. A slow and steady approach is typically gentler on the body and can provide ongoing support while minimizing potential side effects and discomfort. Heavy metal detoxification should be individualized, and we strongly recommend working with a knowledgeable medical provider to determine which supplements are appropriate for you, particularly if you have known or suspected lead or mercury exposure. HM Complex — A combination of nutrients designed to support the body's natural pathways involved in processing and eliminating heavy metals. IMD Intestinal Cleanse — A silica-based binder designed to bind certain compounds in the GI tract and support their elimination through the stool. NAC — A powerful antioxidant and precursor to glutathione, one of the body's most important antioxidants for supporting healthy detoxification pathways. Liver Sauce — An herbal blend designed to support healthy liver function and bile flow. Take approximately 30 minutes before your binder , as directed in your protocol. Minerals — Detox and chelation protocols can affect essential mineral status. Mineral support can help replenish important nutrients and maintain healthy mineral balance throughout the process. R-Lipoic Acid — A potent antioxidant that supports glutathione recycling, mitochondrial health, and the body's natural detoxification systems . Vitamin C — Additional antioxidant supporting the body's elimination of certain environmental toxins and heavy metals. Fiber — Supports healthy bowel movements and can help bind compounds in the digestive tract so they can be eliminated through the stool. Magnesium Citrate — Can be used if needed to support regular bowel movements , an important part of healthy GI elimination. Reduce or discontinue if it causes loose stools or diarrhea. Start slowly and introduce one supplement at a time. After adding a new supplement, give your body 2–3 days to adjust before introducing the next one.A heavy metal detox isn't about doing as much as possible. The goal is to support your body's detoxification and elimination pathways while adjusting the protocol based on how you respond. We hope these resources help support you on your journey toward feeling your healthiest and most vibrant!

PCOS / Insulin Resistance Support Always start with the Foundational Protocol first (multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium, and creatine). Inositol may also provide calming support for mood and sleep. Berberine Synergy: Combines berberine and alpha-lipoic acid , two nutrients that support healthy blood sugar and insulin sensitivity . Improving insulin signaling can also help support healthier androgen levels in women whose PCOS is associated with insulin resistance. OvaBlend: A botanical formula designed to support ovarian function and hormone balance . It may help promote healthy ovulation, more regular menstrual cycles, and balanced androgen activity , making it a useful option for some women with PCOS. Bloat Relief & Gut Healing The supplements below are designed to support healthy digestion, reduce bloating and digestive discomfort, promote regular bowel movements, and help restore a healthier gut environment . They may be especially helpful for people dealing with ongoing IBS-related symptoms or digestive disturbances. Whenever possible, we recommend completing a gut-healing protocol like this under the guidance of a medical provider and health coach . This allows you to identify potential root causes through appropriate testing, track your progress, adjust your protocol as needed, and pair your supplements with an anti-inflammatory diet personalized to you . If you're working on your gut health on your own, we recommend checking out our Metabolic Clearing Program for additional guidance on building a gut-supportive diet and healthy lifestyle. How to follow this protocol: All of the supplements below can be taken together. Follow the dosing instructions listed for each supplement and continue the protocol consistently for 4–6 weeks , then reassess how you're feeling. If you're improving but feel you need a little more time, you may consider continuing for another couple of weeks. Start slowly and introduce one supplement at a time. After adding a new supplement, give your body 2–3 days to adjust before introducing the next one. If you notice increased symptoms or what may feel like a die-off (Herx) reaction (see the Herx handout included with your protocol), consider the following: Add G.I. Detox Binder at least once daily. Reduce the dose of the supplement you suspect is causing the reaction to ½ or ¼ of the recommended dose , then see how you respond before gradually increasing again. If symptoms are significant, persistent, or concerning, stop the supplement and contact your medical provider rather than assuming they are simply die-off symptoms. A note on Magnesium Citrate: Only use Magnesium Citrate if you're experiencing constipation or sluggish bowel movements . Skip it if you're experiencing diarrhea or loose stools. As with any supplement protocol, it's best to work with your medical provider , particularly if you take medications or have an existing medical condition. Let your provider know about any new, changing, or worsening symptoms.
