Mini Gut Health Reset

Here's a basic version of a mini-gut cleanse. It'll work best if you hydrate well and clean up your diet, avoiding all artificial ingredients, gluten, dairy and added sugar, while emphasizing lots of vegetables, easy to absorb protein foods like poultry, fish and grass fed meats, legumes, healthy fats like walnuts and avocado, fruit and whole gluten-free grains. If you're constipated, make sure you resolve that first. If you tend towards diarrhea, use GI Resolve twice a day instead of once a day. After 3 weeks, follow with a good probiotic like Omni-Biotic Balance.
