Support for KNOWN TRIGGER (surgery, etc)

6 more items in Support for KNOWN TRIGGER (surgery, etc)Products in the flier are all recommended to support the immune system prior to a trigger. Make sure to read the fliers content & schedule an appointment if you have questions. Shekinah Wellness Also, follow up with POST trigger support, whatever that might be for your situation. Example: if you've had a broken bone and need surgery, you'll want to first strengthen the body to face the known trigger and then after you'd want to promote "bone healing" foods and supplements. Remember our body was designed to heal. If we have a broken leg, we put a cast on it. The cast does not heal the bone, the body heals itself. The cast stabalizes the bone. If we give the body what it needs and remove things that are causing stress and damage, our body was designed to heal!!

2 more items in AllergiesHi! glad you found this information. Many people struggle with seasonal or environmental allergies… But it doesn’t have to be so! Allergies are more about your diet and a toxic burden on your body than anything else. My husband, Tom, has managed his seasonal allergies (that began happening, even in the dead of winter) by making diet and lifestyle changes. It took him years to be ready to make the change, but once he did, he noticed the difference in five days! I had to wait till he was ready, and I explained to him why taking antihistamines was making the problem worse. But once he was ready, he’s what he did…. 2 months remove: White flour, sugar, dairy, alcohol add: probiotic, digestive enzyme, more water than you think you need During those first few days when he had an allergy meltdown, he would do colostrum, IAG, and cold calm. Below is how he dosed it. Dust/pollen/ragweed are not toxic, but when your body does not respond to it well that’s when you see an allergic reaction. Think of this… If you keep putting water drops in a cup, eventually the cup will overflow. When the body is over burdened with things it is trying to process, eventually it can’t do it anymore, and whatever that last thing was, the body identifies that as the source of the problem and reacts poorly to it .
View protocolBrain support

3 more items in Brain supportHello! There are many possible causes of brain fog, including hormones, neurotransmitter imbalances, blood sugar issues, inflammation, and even lingering effects from illness or vaccines. Because there can be several contributing factors, I recommend connecting with me or your functional medicine practitioner for testing to better understand the root cause. In the meantime, many people want some relief right away, so I’ve put together a few supportive supplement options. Before you jump in and order everything, here are a few things to consider: If you want the quickest and most broad support, start with " class="editor-link"> Nitric Balance. It is often the fastest-acting option and provides support for both circulation and inflammation. If you notice that inflammation is still a major issue after using Nitric Balance, then " class="editor-link"> NeuroFlam would be a great next step. " class="editor-link"> NeuroFlam and NT both focus on reducing brain and neural inflammation, which can help improve brain fog and other symptoms related to inflammation. If the inflammation and brain fog improve, but you still struggle with energy, stamina, focus, or endurance, then Neuro02 may be a better second step. This product is listed in the protocol below. Neuro02 supports blood flow and microcirculation to the brain, while also helping strengthen blood vessel walls . Here is a simple breakdown: Nitric Balance works through nitric oxide regulation. This supports circulation, helps reduce inflammation, and provides neuron support. Because it is an emulsified liquid, it tends to work more quickly. Neuro02 uses bioflavonoids to support eNOS, improve circulation to the brain, and strengthen blood vessels. It may take longer to notice results, but it often provides longer-lasting support. NeuroFlam and NT are designed to reduce inflammation in the brain and nervous system, which can help with brain fog, memory concerns, and other cognitive symptoms. B vitamins are also very important for brain health. They are neuroprotective, meaning they help protect the brain and support healthy cognitive function. They also play an important role in energy production and other metabolic processes needed for brain health. The supplements in this protocol may take longer to create lasting change, but they often provide more long-term support. For example, Nitric Balance may provide faster relief, while Neuro02 may build more slowly but last longer. The best plan depends on your symptoms and what you are experiencing most. I have also included a Brain Health and Nutrition Assessment. This can be very valuable in helping determine where your brain is struggling most. For example: Focus Recall Mental endurance Word finding or fluidity Processing speed Feel free to send me your results if you would like input. It is also important to know that there are many additional supportive products that may be helpful depending on your results and underlying issues. Some examples include: Coenzyme Q10 Resveratrol Curcumin Blood sugar support Gut support Hormone support One last thing worth mentioning: no matter what the cause of the brain fog is, many people notice improvement when they eliminate sugar. Quitting sugar is one of the best places to start today. It may be hard, at first, but then it's easy when you notice how good you feel! And you notice your sugar cravings are gone! (because you're no longer feeding it). You can do it, I know you can!
View protocolHeadache

6 more items in HeadacheHeadaches can be from a wide variety of sources …. tension, muscular, vasoconstriction to name a few. They can also be triggered by stress or foods. Regardless, there are a few things I’d like you to know: 1) You don’t need to purchase all things in this list. I wanted you to have a few options to work with. For example: T Relief and/or Arnica montana is my go to for any form of pain. They both come in oral route or topical for localized relief. I added oral to this protocol. If you want topical, you can search for that or message me for assistance. Magnesium and B2 are vasodilators and has been suggested by many practitioners/neurologists to help with pain. I’ve included an attachment for you to read regarding the effectiveness of other ingredients such as Buttterbar. 2) Try natural approaches first. Natural protocols strengthen your inner terrain, your vitality, helping things to more easily “bounce off” rather than “set in”. Typical over the counter pain reducing options come with greater risk, weakens other body systems and weakens your bodies natural defense mechanisms 2) Respond to any form of pain, using natural regimes, when it’s a very low level. Don’t wait until it’s unbearable. It’s more difficult to course correct and your body learns that you ignore it unless it’s a high level of pain 4) If headaches are common to you, bring a supplement with you so you can address it quickly if a headache comes on 5) Peppermint essential oil has also worked wonders for headaches! You may need to apply a carrier oil such as olive oil first. Then apply peppermint to your temples, nape of your neck, behind your ears 6) Consider any of these options for headaches: chiropractor, food testing, hormone testing, ear seeds, learning to apply pressure to pressure points, scheduling a consult.

2 more items in Healing your gutFirst, I’ll start by restating that there is an entire chapter on digestion in my book, “Happy Healthy Healed and want the same for you”. When we think of bacteria most of us have a negative connotation. But there we are made up of good and bad bacteria. The good should be stronger than the bad. Humans should have about 85 percent beneficial “good” bacteria to 15 percent pathogenic “bad” and opportunistic bacteria in the large intestine, but this ratio is heavily skewed unfavorably. There are around 500 species of opportunistic bacteria, but our beneficial flora should keep them in check. Opportunistic bacteria take over the good bacteria when the opportunity arises. Modern processed junk food diets, medications, alcohol use, hormonal birth control, and sugar/soda intake allows the opportunistic bacteria to overtake your beneficial gut flora. Most of us can benefit from cleanses (such as candida cleanse and parasite cleanse) once yearly to keep gut flora in the proper balance. The good bacteria are vitally important to the functioning of our bodies. On a given day at least 400 different varieties of bacteria live and breed in your GI tract. That means that approximately a hundred trillion individual bacteria are making residence in your GI tract. Your microbiome is more unique to you than your fingerprint. Probiotics can be confusing because there are different genus, species, and strains of bacteria … all combining together differently with different purposes. Some are more ideal for vaginal health, some are meant to get things going (thinking constipation), others are to slow things down (thinking diarrhea). We need all of these things to be in a balanced state that works with our body. The two main players ‘good guys’ are Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifido bacteria. They live in your intestines all the time, working hard to keep everything in balance. They also control mucus, produce Vit K and B vitamins, and maintain the proper pH. Cancer can not grow in an alkaline environment. Pain, disease, and inflammation grow in an acidic environment. If these good bacteria are outnumbered, your immune system and liver are forced to work harder to deal with the impurities. Friendly bacteria neutralize toxins and cancer causing organisms and prevent those elements from being reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. The lactic acid produced by the good bacteria helps to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria. Good bacteria coat the lining of the intestines forming a protective barrier. Please take time to read about each supplement you're purchasing. There's very interesting information that the company has taken time to share with you. I've taken the time to point some of those interesting things out in the notes. It's good to know how and why things are working. FOS, for example, is like fertilizer for our good bacteria and also helps to reduce bad bacteria. I have several protocols available for purchase. If you're comfortable, you can read them and follow the directions. If you need assistance, you can contact me and we can set up a consultation. Here's to a healthy colon!

10 more items in Wellness KitHi, Being under the weather is NO FUN! But it is very cleansing. The bodies response is a means to get rid of the pathogenic organism that is causing the illness, so let it do it’s thing … but support it! In our house, we do a “loading dose” (high doses in the beginning) to really kick it to the curb. The person that is sick should do this regime (as well as Rachael's Remedy ) several times a day (3-5x) at higher doses. I have created a list of what we take in our home. Take note: the dosages in the instructions are higher than what is on the bottle because the bottle has a “maintenance dose” and if you are sick, you probably need more than that. Other people in the house can do the regime at least once a day as a preventative measure. Here are a few other things we do: Sip on teas or Apple Cider Vinegar or Fire Cider. One of my favorite teas is Throat Coat (not sold on Fullscript, but plenty other ones are) Spoon of honey Elderberry Syrup Honey Fermented Garlic Massage Epson Salt bath Infrared sauna Ionized foot bath Make sure to check out my website to pick up a bottle of Rachael’s Remedy!
