If you need help for a protocol for a child, please schedule an appointment here : 1X Wellness Consult Vitamin D/K2: If you are taking a daily dose of around 5-10K iu for maintenance, you can increase it 40,000to 50,000 iu per day by increasing the # of drops . You can take up to 50,000 iu for up to a week. DO NOT TAKE longer than 1 week at this high dose unless working directly with a practitioner.
