Step 1: with early symptoms and if you think you have been exposed to a cold/flu: a. mouth wash Xyliwhite gargle neem and tea tree mouth wash. Gargle for 30 seconds. HOld in mouth for as long as you can and spit out. 4x per day b. nasal spray colloidal silver 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, 1 to 2 times per day for no more than 10 days at a time c. start zinc and vitamin C wafer 1 chewable per day d. start Immunotone plus 2 caps twice per day stay on the above treatment unless cold/flu starts to progress then go to.... Step 2: if you develop fever (below 101), cough/congestion, widespread inflammation: add to step 1: mucoclear" Adults & children 12 years of age and older: Take 1-2 tablets every 4 hours, not to exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. Bioinflamax 5 capsules up to three-four times daily Inspir-action 1 tablet three times per day (if having productive cough) while continuing on the above. This protocol should not be followed for more then 10 days without being seen by your provider.
