Step 1: with early symptoms and if you think you have been exposed to a cold/flu: a. mouth wash Xyliwhite gargle neem and tea tree mouth wash. Gargle for 30 seconds. Bioinflamax 5 capsules up to three-four times daily Inspir-action 1 tablet three times per day (if having productive cough) while continuing on the above. If your fever exceeds 101 then contact your provider or contact urgent care if your lung saturation is lower then 97% then call your provider if you are having chest pain or other emergency symptoms call 911 other treatments might be necessary in step 2: like warming sock treatment, nebulizer treatment, tea additions.
