"with a meal (breakfast or lunch) Ubiquinol is a superstar supplement for egg and sperm quality. Our bodies make this, however to lesser amounts after age 30. CoQ10 is an important antioxidant that boosts mitochondrial function, which is important for egg quality and embryo development. For some people, it can be too energizing and disrupt sleep - better to take it earlier in the day before 3pm. Take 2 caps/day - 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch. Stop use with positive pregnancy test. (Only need 1 cap/day if taking the ProOmega with CoQ10. Total dose should be 200 mg/day)."

"in water or juice. Taken with meals (breakfast at lunch) Myo-inositol improves egg development and egg quality in women with PCOS. There are molecules in the inositol family involved in insulin function and sugar metabolism. Myo-inositol can be depleted in PCOS, and this supplement helps to restore ovulation in women with PCOS, but it also impacts egg development and quality as well. Inositol is a widely studied psuedo-vitamin, and has many uses: improves insulin resistance, improves fertility, hypertension, reduces GDM in PCOS women, and improves egg quality with PCOS. Inositol helps cells become more sensitive to glucose and carb intake. You can continue with inositol through pregnancy, as it has been shown to prevent gestational diabetes in women with PCOS."

In women with PCOS, it has been shown to restore ovulation, improve egg and embryo quality, increase chance of pregnancy and reduce miscarriage rates. NAC can also be taken in conjunction with fertility meds like Clomid."
