If taken right at the onset of symptoms and follow the directions, your downtime will be very minimal. I also recommend eating a whole foods diet to include whole grains, raw dairy, fruits, vegetables and grass-fed meats. Stay away from processed foods like sugar, sodas, chips, etc. Drink lots of water and use electrolytes. Herbal teas are great too.
